  The narrative centres on four remarkable women, three of them are real athletes and the actual actors too
  Mallika Baikerikar (Tilotama) a national swimmer encounters a life altering event that sends her into a tailspin, causing her to lose all hope. Mayura Shivalkar, a triathlete battling a debilitating illness, faces her own struggle with despair . Both women rediscover their strength through their "second wind" and they refuse to look back. and inspire the other two ladies in the film Shewli (Indira) and Mona(Nandinee)
