- Synopsis
- Based on a gruesome murder case in Hong Kong back in 2013, this is a story where Cheung Hin Chung the son and his accomplice Tong Man Qi kill Cheung's parents and dismember their bodies in his apartment. As they go on trial, senior attorney Wu Koon Fung and Kelly Yau are to defense them. Facing prosecutor Chu Oi Lun's questions, both of Cheung and Tong plead not guilty of the murder, and try to pass the buck to each other, which makes the case more mysterious. The truth can't seem to be unveiled even after a series of intense arguments in court. The lawyers are trying to prove what's right and wrong, just and unjust. The jurors are being tested on their understanding of the rule of law. Two defendants put on quite a show, one as a genius and the other an idiot! Would the court be able to do justice or simply let the murderers get away?
