    • Synopsis
    • IGOR LEVIT - NO FEAR accompanies the pianist as he explores his "life after Beethoven", as he searches for the next challenges, for his identity as an artist and a human being. We observe Levit recording new works, his collaboration with his congenial sound engineer Andreas Neubronner, with conductors, orchestras and artists, his intense immersion in the music, his
turning to the audience, this irresistible desire to share. Then Covid puts the brakes on this life of constant high tension from one day to the next. Over 180 booked concerts all over the world are cancelled. In this situation of involuntary standstill, Levit is one of the first to become inventive and build a musical lifeline between himself and his audience on Instagram and Twitter with his nightly streamed house concerts. During this process, he discovers a new freedom, away from the constraints of touring, publishing and marketing.
