- Synopsis
- Yiming Pan, a former boxer has been struggling to survive in Macau. He receives a call from a lawyer one day. His father who abandoned his mother died and left him a huge inheritance. Pan returns to his home town. At the funeral, Pan meets his ex-lover Siao Lin, who has a family with a daughter Muzi. Pan confesses to Lin the reason for leaving without saying goodbye many years ago. They reunited and Pan realizes Muzi is actually his daughter. He wants to start a new life and take the responsibility of being a father. Lin seems to have a happy family but in fact her husband Hua Qi has huge gambling debts and always abuses her and Muzi. Hua Qi intends to defraud Pan of the inheritance. Lin tells Pan everything. Hua Qi absconds with the money and is being hunted down by the creditors, which put Lin and Muzi in danger. In order to rescue them from danger, Pan goes alone...
