- Synopsis
- François, an embittered policeman, can stand his job no more than he can stand his marriage. Mohammed wants to leave his housing no matter what. Esther cannot come to terms with being an adoptive daughter. Christian wants to leave his village and the bakery where he works. All of them live between Paris and the provinces and in the space of some 24 hours, their fates collide, revealing to each of them what he or she used to refuse to see.
