    • Synopsis
    • Disillusioned Gunu, a young man from Satavaya village on the east coast of India, travels relentlessly from death to death, from the memories of a past cyclone into the eye of an upcoming one, hoping to reunite with his lost family. Gunu returns to his now-inundated village five days before a predicted super cyclone, confronting his tragic past and reliving events that the priest who keeps visiting him has prophesied. Gunu’s challenging survival on the abandoned coast, his very existence, and his struggle to survive the fury of nature make his journey a poetic portrayal of emotional trauma and human triumph.
