    • Respected psychiatrist and contemporary Bulgarian politician Prof. Branimir Kitov has been nominated as leader of the Party of European Democracies (PED) in the European Parliament. During a private visit to Bulgaria, the scandalous former Italian Prime Minister Lorenzo Canelloni arrives to support his candidacy.

      Prof. Kitov and his support younger wife and ex-patient Joanna are preparing to welcome the highest guest in their luxurious mountain villa.

      After a stormy night filled with alcohol and lots of opiates, Joanna wakes up alone in the house with the naked and completely breathless body of the Italian next to her. Just then, Joanna's ex-lover, a criminal Mario, appears in the villa and receives nude photos of her from the past and the threat to ruin her husband's career if he does not receive a significant amount of money.
