    • Synopsis
    • WUNDERKINDER tells of musically unusually talented children developing a deep and genuine friendship extending beyond their different religions and nationality. But when WWII comes to the Soviet Union, they and their families face a deadly threat. The protagonists, the Jewish children Larissa and Abrascha, are violin virtuosos. Hanna, a young German girl, is also extremely talented. Living in Poltava, then The Ukraine, in 1941, they all share one great love: music. Their world is one of curiosity, joy and talent. But due to the insanity of grown-ups at home and abroad, their world is turned upside down and they are suddenly told they are no longer allowed to be friends!
