- Word-of-Mouth is the whirlwind insider’s guide to our favourite cities. Embracing spontaneity, our host ditches the guidebook and hits airplane mode to see where the city locals guide them. A New York episode might kick off with a taxi driver. Landing in JFK our host asks a cabbie to take them to their favourite local spot, once there the baton is passed to the bartender (for example) who shares their ultimate NYC experience and so on. What is the ultimate bucket list experience from the ice cream vendor’s point-of-view? Is the Statue of Liberty really the must see monument – or might the ticket vendor at the Metropolitan Museum have a very different top tip destination? Who knows where the New Yorkers will guide our host and audience, but this unique format creates an original ‘word-of-mouth’ trail through our best loved cities, from those who know them best!
