    • Synopsis
    • Marcos communicates with the dead. He lives on the only plot of land that the ruthless developer Lainez has yet to purchase as part of his greedy plan to build a massive shopping mall. A local journalist by the name of Laura has uncovered that the old man’s lot lies on top of an ancient cemetery without tombstones. Laura joins forces with Marcos and confronts Lainez. Marco’s uncanny mission slowly wins her over, as she witnesses his fantastic efforts to free the souls of the dead and release them from their confinement. Laura feels tempted to follow her mentor’s footsteps despite running away at first. Upon coming back, she finds Lainez and his men have tortured Marcos, sadly leaving him for dead. Laura tries to save him but to no avail. Her selfless act finds a reward when she learns she has inherited both the land and Marco’s powers, leaving her thus poised to continue his preternatural legacy.
