- Three sexy girls are part of the frenzy of the eighties in Rosario. They get entangled in love flirts and test the friendship that binds them. Twenty years later they talk about what happened during these unforgettable weeks when they kept asking: “Whose garter belt is this?”. Written and Directed by Fito Páez and based on an anecdote he himself experienced many years ago, this film is filled with music and energy, and it brings us a fresh insight on feminine logic and the passions of life, out of the absurdity and the chaos of the flourishing of democracy as it was experienced in the streets of Rosario back in the eighties.
