- Synopsis
- A couple is waiting for the provisional sentence by an Italian Court about their divorce. Michela, a pleasant, ironic, loving woman and a symbiotic mother, trusts she’ll receive full-custody for her nine-old son Francesco. Filippo, her ex-husband, looks forward to the classic joint-custody solution and regular visits to his son. But the two did not foresee that there would
  be a children's paladin in the courtroom, Judge Lo Faro, who is, first of all, the tender grandfather of a child who suffers being thrown here and there among divorced parents. Thus, this time the Judge takes the original decision to leave the kid in the family home and impose on parents to alternate there, every Monday monitored by a social assistant.
  Francesco, supported by his grandfather, lives his new experience like the Home “BOSS” and step by step takes the control of many spaces inside it.
  Michela, distraught from the separation of his son, left without a home, comes back to parents home and meets her old friend Sergio to start a new life as single. On the contrary, Filippo, so far distracted by his family firm, must seek help from his mother Dora, a skilled manipulator as well as the owner of the contended family house.
  Filippo also has a great opportunity to evolve but it’s up to him to open his eyes while dating Lucrezia, his new lover, the new enemy of Francesco.
  Francesco, skilled by his little friends, tries to bring his parents closer, but, lost this challenge, he exceeds his limits more and more until giving a party inside the house that turns into an exaggerated mess.
  He plays his last chances during the Christmas dinner, but everything seems to go wrong…
  Meanwhile, month after month, the definitive sentence approaches and scenarios change. Everything can now happen. To the judge the arduous sentence. The announced winner, however the things might end up, is Francesco: finally he is the son of two more conscious parents which now are able to look at themself, perhaps, with a new set of eyes.
