    • Synopsis
    • The economic crisis causes the bankruptcy of many companies in Argentina. In ARLUMAR, automobile parts manufacturer, its workers are reluctant to lose their only livelihood. Juan is one of these employees who do not charge his salary from several months ago; with bills to pay, a family to support and an upcoming baby, daily life becomes more and more unbearable. Juan decides to take control over his desperation and along with his colleagues, begin to organize themselves in order to keep the business running. A group of workers have now their future in their own hands, the hard path of managing a company without traditional managers.
