    • Based on the exclusive visual material of the Doctors of the World Greece and the emotional stories of its members, director Nikos Megrelis brings us to regions struck by natural disasters, poverty and wars. There, medical volunteers struggle to save lives and provide humanitarian and medical aid regardless of colour, religion, gender, and sexual orientation.

      It is a documentary where noble values of humanity such as self-giving and humility alternate with the feelings the volunteers experienced in the field: hope and sorrow, agony and fear, joy and frustration.

      “Wherever people are” is also a journey around the world, covering major front-page incidents of the last 30 years.
