    • Synopsis
    • Told from 3 points of view, "When the Ocean Bleeds" is a grim portrayal of people in a fishing village who are suffering because some foreign fishing vessel have been fishing in their nautical area. It is also about gender struggles as gender comes into interplay with folk beliefs in fishing. However, when helplessness seems to be the state of these fishermen, survival becomes a factor and retribution comes into play.
