    • Synopsis
    • A trail at the heart of the Andes, at more than 3,000 meters high: Qhapac Nan, the Main Road, runs through the ancient Inca Empire. A network of 13,000 km of trails across through Ecuador and Peru, more than the remains of the mythical Inca civilization, the Quapac Nan is a symbol of a common identity that nourishes the dreams of inhabitants of Andean countries today: that of the revival of this unique cultural inheritance following several centuries of domination. Far from the clichés of mass tourism, their voices tell us about their lives, hopes and dreams, witnessing a different image of the Andes.
