One day, while out walking, Alex happens upon an identity check. He does nothing. He simply observes. When he ignores the Police’s command that he keep moving, he is taken away. He’s given a night in custody - to make an example of him. Released in the morning, Alex asks to see the captain, determined to complain about his unlawful arrest, and the night in jail.
