- Synopsis
- CONCEPTION:
  Documentary series which portrays the life of the
  most important filmmakers in Venezuela for TV and digital platforms (VOD) Composed of 2 seasons of 13 episodes of 26 and 52 minutes each, which work
  independently as a documentary medium or program. Aimed at all audiences (from 15 to 103 years) interested in Latin American cinema and Latin American culture. The filmmakers, in the intimity of their home, reveal their lives to our director Atahualpa Lichy.
  
  GOALS
  To provide a broad and intimate panorama of the legacy of each filmmaker to the audiovisual and artistic memory of the country and the world. Contribute to the
  cultural and referential heritage of our identity. Offer new generations the opportunity to know the living history of our cinema.
  
  Produced by the Venezuelan production houses Gran Angular, Yavita Cine and UltraPro Films, who join us with the interest of rescuing the historical memory of our
  country, considering it vital to have an audiovisual series of the most experienced filmmakers and contribution to our cinematography, who mostly have not been made an audiovisual record that
  captures its transcendence for future generations. In
  addition to the current political and economic crisis that Venezuela is currently experiencing, the filming of the legacy of these men and women for the preservation of our national and Latin American cultural heritage is imperative.
  
  ACTUAL STATUS
  
  In 2018 we started with the recording of 7 episodes of the I season (Margot Benacerraf, Román Chalbaud, Rodolfo Izaguirre, Joaquín Cortés, Alfredo Anzola, Fina
  Torres and Luis Alberto Lamata), which are missing by post-production, so we are in the search for funding to complete this phase. Likewise, the Season II is scheduled to take place, which we intend - to record once the budget is completed - in the last
  quarter of 2019.
  
  GOALS
  -Produce the remaining 6 chapters of the I Season + II Season (13 chapters).
  - Post-produce the episodes of the I and II Season.
  -To be released in 2020 on local and international TV channels + video on demand
  platforms.
  -Produce at least one season in each Latin American country under the same concept,
  to the most important filmmakers of the region.
