    • Synopsis
    • Responding to a rental ad, attractive engineer Ward Weaver (Luke Perry) arrives at the impressive Michigan estate of young and beautiful concert pianist Grace Stearn (Kelly Harrison). Living by herself and coping with the aftermath of an accident that left her permanently blind, she is in financial strains.
Trying to make ends meet, she sporadically gives piano lessons to 10 year-old
Emily. Grace sees no other solution but to go for it and rent out the upstairs maid quarters to the only potential tenant there is, Ward Weaver. Little does she know that this stranger is a master of manipulation and mind games. In no time, Ward insinuates himself in Grace’s life and alarming events occur.
Grace deeply regrets her choice, but has no chance to evict Ward. He even manages to deceive the police and make Grace look paranoid. Unable to reach her errant brother Charlie at first, Grace slowly becomes Ward’s prisoner in her own house. With Emily in the mix, it all comes to a suspenseful climax of life and death.
