    • Synopsis
    • This documentary tells the story of unknown events which happened after the French Revolution. The new clergy Constitution which denied the Pope’s authority threw thousands of priests who refused to swear allegiance to the State to jail. They were first jailed on French mainland, then on old slave ships, and eventually sent to French Guiana jungle hostile environment, a few years before penal colony set up.
