    • Synopsis
    • Shy, solitary Curtis (Michael Chieffo) keeps careful tabs on his neighbors' every move from the quiet of his living room. His blissful isolation shatters when his demented elderly father unexpectedly arrives at his door. As Curtis awkwardly adjusts to his new role of caretaker to the nearly catatonic old man, he begins to suspect that something horrific has happened to his next door neighbor.

      Unreal Estate is a true passion project, which, from its inception, has been about making a movie that draws from traditional and classic cinematic storytelling but which pushes boundaries, toys with audience expectations, and creates a stunning and unique visual experience.
