- Synopsis
- It’s 1960. Etienne, the eldest of three children, suddenly finds his life in pieces when his father, a doctor, suddenly dies. The boy’s obsession with replacing his father and honouring his memory sets off a series of events of increasingly dramatic proportions. Une vie qui commence (Life Begins) tells the story of a family’s adaptation to the death of a father as seen through the eyes of Etienne.
