    • Synopsis
    • Our psychological thriller opens with VANESSA a middle-aged woman still struggling to cope four years after her late husband, a man infamous for writing a book entitled “Suicide In The Face Of Uncertainty,” seems to have blown his brains out.

Vanessa’s stepson, JUSTIN, has just been released from a mental institution – four years ago he was the one who discovered his father’s body? Now he’s returning home and will inherit his late father's estate on his 19th birthday. However, Vanessa has recently remarried and her and her new husband, ALEX, have no intention of letting Justin get his hands on the money.

Alex has agreed to let Ph.D. student August Von Bullier stay at the estate while she researches a book about Charles. But August is not the person she seems, and as she attempts to unravel the secrets of the house, Vanessa becomes suspicious of her presence, as she knows all too well Alex’s attractiveness to younger women. While the four tortured souls play a treacherous gameof cat and mouse, Vanessa is haunted by Charles’ ghost. It’s no wonder she can’t sleep...
