This work documents the collaborative efforts of experienced dancers and people with disabilities who engage in self-expression through the viewpoint of the director, ISHIDA Tomoya, who is also disabled. At first, Ishida is unsure where the focus should be in his documentary even after interviewing various people, but a public health nurse who supports his daily life gives him counsel. By actually taking part in a dance performance and venturing into the world of bodily expression, Ishida begins to feel differently about his body, which helps him acquire a clearer view of the direction his movie should take. He becomes aware of the walls that exist between people with different disabilities, and attempts to break down these barriers.
