    • Is the city owned by its citizens or does the owns them? "Toching Concrete" tells about people in the district of Hillbrow in Johannesburg - people which live in a concrete-jungle. Often loner and fighters for survival they follow the realization of their dreams in a district of changes and extremes. The film tells from their point of view about the life in a labyrith of collapsing order at a place where the state has lost the control a long time ago.
