- Synopsis
- At 69, Mario, a carver of wooden toys, is forced to
  accept a job as a janitor in an old building in exchange for a place where
  live. Thus he becomes the new doorman of an old building with a few and peculiar
  population. While working, Mario discovers a small green door in the garage.
  There lives a family of gnomes, who are trapped underground and who are
  chased by a goblin. Mario does his best to free them. With the help
  of Sebastián, a 10-year-old boy, will be able to decipher messages and allow the
  gnome family return home. Mario receives another series of letters and clues that lead him to meet Tomte and his
  family: a small community of gnomes that live hidden in the
  basement of the building, behind a small green door hidden in the
  garage. But they are trapped there and cannot return home, a goblin
  terrifying is tasked with thwarting your attempts over and over again.
  With the help of Sebastian, and despite the peculiarities of others
  habitants of the building, Mario sets out to eliminate the goblin and allow Tomte and
  your family go home.
