Claude, the cloud maker, drops his tool and it gets picked up by Yin in an observatory atop mountain. In his attempt trying to retrieve his tool, the broken gadget turns into a horrifying storm monster. Claude is forced to show up and he must team with Yin to stop it from becoming a disaster.

- Synopsis
- Claude, the cloud maker, accidentally drops his cloud-making gadget. It gets picked up by a researcher Yin in a weather observatory atop a remote Mountain. She learns how to use the gadget and makes a lots clouds inside the lab. A thunder cloud she made strikes a lightning on radio and causes a small fire. In her attempt to put out fire, the gadget turns into a huge water-thirst cloud monster. Claude is forced to show up and teams with Yin to stop it from becoming a total disaster.
