    • Synopsis
    • Costi is a 33-year-old accountant. He spends his time between his work and his quiet evenings with his family, reading fairy tales to his 5-year-old son. He thinks tales are very important for his son’s education. Sometimes he sees himself in the role of positive characters, especially heroes.

One evening, while reading “Robin Hood”, he is disturbed by his neighbour Adrian. He wants to borrow money from Costi. He has huge debts at the bank and will soon lose his apartment. He needs money to rent a metal detector to scan his grandparents’ courtyard, where he thinks there is a buried treasure. If Costi pays for the detector and if they find the treasure, they will share it fifty-fifty.

While Costi and his wife are skeptical at first, they are soon drawn into this story and start planning on what they would do with the money earned from the selling of this treasure.

When the attempt to find the treasure seems doomed to failure and Adrian is ready to quit, Costi does not lose hope. In the eyes of his wife and child, he is a hero. And heroes usually get what they want…
