    • Synopsis
    • Hong Kong is a midway point for refugees from all over the world. Born in the city is Hassan (Zaman), whose parents came from Pakistan and are awaiting official refugee status. Feeling he doesn’t belong, Hassan’s dream is to move to Canada with his family. But that is quickly shattered when his father is killed in a road accident. Stricken with guilt over the man’s death, taxi driver Yan (Wong) takes on the role of Hassan’s protector and as the youngster becomes involved in criminal activities and entangled with the police, Yan endeavours to win the youngster’s trust.
