- Martín García Sanguinetti (48) is a prestigious lawyer who has become the top candidate for the Intendancy by devising a law that depopulated the prisons. Benefiting from this law, Darío Chacón (35) returned home; but after 8 years in prison, no one expects him anymore. His brother Aníbal (40) has taken his place before his wife, Laura (30), and his son, Nicolás (8), who is completely unaware of him.
  
  Celebrating his candidacy, Martín meets Victoria (27), a beautiful and intelligent bartender who dreams of being an actress, who gives his pro-man ego the possibility of having everything, even a "double life".
  Dario cannot recover what was his. His family has become a love triangle, necessary to survive economically in a neighborhood that does not forgive him. When Laura becomes pregnant again, Darío, in need of economic independence, decides to accept a "last job" with the idea of using that money to go with Laura and her son to start again elsewhere, away from Anibal.
  
  A few weeks before the elections, Victoria understands that soon Martín must maintain an impeccable public image and she will be out of his life, so he proposes to his wife, Soledad Sanguinetti (43), a plan that challenges the pride of both, in which Victoria must be photographed with Martín at the exit of a hotel and, with the proof in front of him, Martin must make a final decision: If he chooses to stay with Victoria, an express divorce will be made with an out-of-court settlement and Soledad will keep everything material. On the other hand, if Martin does not agree to give everything up for her, Victoria will disappear forever from their lives.
  
  But that night, Martin surprises Victoria with an unexpected gift: Soledad's divorce papers. Greed takes over Victoria and in a sudden eagerness to want to "have everything", she goes out alone to avoid the joint photo, ignoring that her own plan has been modified by Soledad: Darío, crouched, waits in front of the Hotel for the departure of the couple, but not to photograph them but to kill them.
  
  The fact is consumed only halfway thanks to the intervention of Walter Gordillo (37), an incorruptible private guard of a neighboring factory. With Victoria dead, Martin detaches himself from the fact, claiming not to know her and that he was only passing by and wanted to help. However, Dario claims to have been hired by Martin´s "wife" to kill him and presents irrefutable evidence: the payment inside a false fund of the portfolio. Martín understands that to save his career he must facilitate the escape of Darío and constitutes himself as his defender before an honest guard eager to become a hero.
  
  When the police up and the television cameras begin to stalk the place, the three men must decide well which card to play, while they will have to join the threads to unravel a story full of secrets, lies and betrayals, in which each character has his own plan and his own rules.
