- Synopsis
- This creative documentary retells the
  story of the longest siege of a city in
  global military history: The Siege of the
  city of Chandax (Candia then,
  Heraklion capital of Crete today) by
  the Ottomans in the 17th century,
  following the fifth Ottoman-Venetian
  war.
  Using historical archives, testimony
  and literary works, the director weaves
  compelling characters, with the help
  of advanced CGI and animation,
  combined with live action filming.
