- Synopsis
- International pirate hunter David Coburn is called to the hellish wrecking yards of Fauzdarhat beach in Bangladesh where the crew of the decommissioned Russian supertanker Rybinsk are dying from radiation poisoning. There he meets Heather Park, a beautiful Korean doctor with Medicine sans Frontiers. They are caught up in a bloody raid by mercenaries led by a North Korean to retrieve a hidden crate from the ship, and discover a chilling scheme -- North Korea is smuggling radioactive material to build atomic bombs - a suspicion confirmed by Luther O'Halloran, an American nuclear defense analyst also sent to investigate the Rybinsk. O’Halloran is convinced the ship’s cargo was destined for North Korea’s Plant 38; the largest arms factory in the world.
  Having seen the face of the lead mercenary Coburn and Heather become targets. Together they escape to the one place no-one would ever look for them - the pirate infested waters of the Sumatra’s Malacca Strait.
  With the help of notorious pirate Hari Tan, the man Coburn has been charged with capturing, they investigate who is behind ‘Rybinsk’ conspiracy. From night attacks in the Sumatran jungles to raids on Freighters in the Yellow Sea, Coburn tracks the conspiracy to a secret para-military organization in upstate New York and it's commander who’s ultimate goal to spark a conflict between North and South Korea, forcing the United States into war.
