    • Synopsis
    • Jorge is a young farmer who lives at the top of the Mountains. All his contemporaries have migrated to the city, but he has stayed behind to tend to the coffee plantation that he inherited from his father while taking care of his grandfather and having an affair with his cousin Rosa. The town festivities quickly approach and he anxiously awaits the moment to meet again with Andrea, his ex-girlfriend, whom he has not been able to forget despite the time and distance. As Jorge becomes increasingly obsessed with this reunion, a silent plague invades the coffee plantation. The festivities arrive and in the midst of the strident music and hallucinations, Jorge understands that everything that brought them together has disappeared and most importantly, that staying in his land is an act of love and resistance.
