- Synopsis
- In western China, Yong runs an ostrich farm which is his last chance to win back his ex-wife Yan and fix his own life. A man Yong owes money to leaves an unacquainted boy with him to look after for a few days. Suspecting Yan has found somebody new, Yong takes the boy and goes after her. On 3-day trip across the Gobi Desert, they meet different adventures. A special bond grows between man and boy and they discover empathy, violence, betrayal and redemption through each other.
