- Synopsis
- A suburban family adopts a deaf mute girl named Dot. As a result of Dot's arrival, Nina, the beautiful cheerleader and precocious daughter, can no longer pretend her family is a perfect one. As Dot begins to discover the dark truth about the family, and as her rivalry with Nina turns to friendship, she must decide whether to let Nina carry out her plans to kill their father or to stop her. Premiered in 2005's Toronto Film Festival.
