- Synopsis
- Factory worker Arlene, 23, is a ghost in her life. Born and raised in a small town in the Irish midlands: a region of field after field, deserted woodlands and laneways that it’s possible to disappear down and never come back.
  One winter morning Arlene wakes in the woodland to find herself lying beside the body of a murdered young woman. As she’s forced to question whether or not she’s responsible, she is drawn into the woman’s world, to those left behind: her younger sister and her teenage lover who is a suspect in the murder.
  As Arlene continues to deprive herself of sleep; reality, her perception and her subconscious slip over each other and through her grasp. And all this time someone is watching her.
