    • Synopsis
    • Andrea and Filippo love each other. They have been
a couple for many years but Andrea thinks that the
time has come for them to get married. Being in a civil union is not enough for him. He wants to be married. What he does not know, though, is that there are a lot of problems to be fixed before that day. First of all Filippo does not find the courage to come out with his father and his grandfather, two of the most well known notaries in Apulia. That is the reason why he pretends to marry Amanda, a friend who is ready to lie in order to help him. Filippo is not the only one that lacks the courage of telling the truth, Anna, Andrea's mother does too. She managed to change her life and move to USA leaving his son with his aunt and uncle (Peppino and Luisa). Now Anna is not able to tell the truth about Andrea's sexuality to her new family: her husband Anthony and his son Jimmy. The main reason is that Anthony is running for Governor in Kansas with the conservative party and his son Jimmy, though still a kid, is already a talented Evangelical preacher with solid strict principles. As the wedding day arrives, none of them knows the truth.
