- Synopsis
- On September 11, 1989 my father died. I can’t remember where I was that day.
  22 years later I am in a hotel room in Kuwait City. From the balcony of my room I watch a man embrace a woman by the poolside. In the room next door an American girl is talking on the telephone.
  I order room service and I film the chambermaid as she makes the bed.
  This transitory place, this hotel that I have discovered far from home, is the last place on earth my father stayed that I know of…
