- Synopsis
- The movie is the story of Adam Jacek Winkler. He was a Polish political refugee in France, who fought in Afghanistan with Massoud's army. He often lived outside the law, he was an individualist, he was brave, but also impulsive, cynical and naïve. In fact the life of Adam Jacek Winkler has lots of similarities to a 20th century Don Quixote. The 11th of September 2001 marks the closing of an era, and the end of the illusion of chivalry.
