- Synopsis
- Walter is a trucker who is carrying drugs hidden in his vehicle. He had never done anything illegal in his life, but he needs the money to save his sick son. Joaquín and Valeria escaped at night, they are planning to cross the border taking with them a child who lives a desperate situation and they intend to pass him off as their son. Juana is an officer of the border police and just found out that she is pregnant. She moves to a small town to work at a border crossing. As soon as she arrives, Juana realizes that things are not as she imagined. The place is dominated by a complex web of corruption and confronting the system can be very dangerous. Three parallel stories with very different protagonists intersect. Each of its protagonists will go through a journey that will change them forever and only chance (or fate) will define what awaits them.
