    • The background of the story supposes difficult fate of Kyrgyz people. All industrial system of the Kyrgyzstan was a part of a huge Military and Industrial Complex of the Soviet Union. Specialists were brought from Russia to work on the plants, factories, and non-ferrous metal mines. The territories were actively developed to the prejudice of ecology, and local population’s mind integrated into a huge geopolitical space of the united Soviet people. But per se the policy of tsarist autocracy continued to extend the Empire. Along with the collapse of the USSR this system was ruined too. The Republic has got the Independence after breaking off the system which excluded even any attempt to be Independent. The Republic has lost its only financier of all output production. The kolkhozes, that supplied the Center with meat, cotton, wool and tobacco and provided the Republic with the delivery of combustive-lubricating materials and technique, have lost their only customer. Plants and factories, which were specialized on making only details for complete products, have lost the sense of their existence. In a moment whole nation became unemployed. A mass flow-out of Russianspeaking population on their historical homeland has started. And those who remained for many years had to reconceive their place in life, currently named as Market Economy.
