    • Synopsis
    • Bumblebees have long roamed the earth. These fluffy pollinators fly around, collecting pollen, minding their own business, and help our earth blossom every year. But with the changing climate and other factors that affect the survival of the bumblebee, some species may not be able to survive. "Franklin's Bumblebee" is one of these species. It was last seen in 2006. Franklin's last known location is in the high mountain range of the Cascades near Ashland, Oregon. Every year a group of scientists and explorers gather for one week in July to search for this rare bumblebee in hopes of finding one, so they do not have to proclaim it extinct. Join a group of over 50 scientists and explorers as they search for the world famous Franklin's Bumblebee to see if it is possible that it still survives.
