- Synopsis
- Separated from her husband and daughter at a police checkpoint, 29-year-old Edith arrives at a shelter near the Mexico/Guatemala border. There she meets Leonel, a Nicaraguan who wants to cross the border to meet his wife, and Kevin, an 11-year-old abandoned by the coyotes. Rumors abound in this shelter, as well as the dreams and aspirations of the dozens of its temporary residents. But danger also lurks around every corner.
