- Synopsis
- In the midst of the war over the Malvinas, Mateo (35), Juan (18), Laura (25), Silvia (19) and Omar (18) are codenamed "Cabral", "Güemes", "San Martín", "Mitre", and "Urquiza", and transferred to the Beagle Channel, where they cross to the Chilean side in a rubber boat, as if they were backpackers. Following the directives of Colonel Major Alvear, they stormed the oil station where they should find a radar with which Chile spied for England. However, they only find an old radio from which they establish contact with Alvear. Then, two armed locals burst into the place and take them prisoner. Meanwhile, in Buenos Aires, Alvear meets with an Army General and takes advantage of what happened to ignite an invasion of Chile.
  
  At the same time, the Chilean captors, General Matthei and Corporal Mérida, receive a surprise visit from Alex Wilder, an agent of the British intelligence service who informs them of the plan of the Argentine military government, urging them to interrogate the prisoners and then release them, since it is not in anyone's interest to go to another war. However, the Chileans decide to torture them one by one.
  
  Alex warns that women are nurses so they should not be touched, given international pacts. Upon seeing Alex, Laura discovers that it is actually her older brother, a pilot in the Argentine armed forces who was going to be part of a secret operation that would end the war, and who now came to rescue her.
