    • Synopsis
    • In the summer 1968, high school graduated Peter comes of age and luckily or not, falls in love alternately and simultaneously with several women, mainly older and married: the wife of a baker, a librarian, the two daughters of a judge and his sociology teacher, which is why he takes the subject of Marxism for this final graduation theme. Peter`s very need to finally find the “woman of his life“ leads him into numerous delicate and comical situation, causing his father who is a judge as well, to teeter on the brink of insanity, and being a formal and dogmatic man, he believes that the youth can only be led by a “firm hand”. Peter is not interested in political and historical events which resounded like an echo, and reached in no time the small town near Belgrade, where out story takes place. When he finally fined his true love, the beautiful Czechoslovakian girl, it will be abruptly ended on the very day the Soviet troops invaded Czechoslovakia, August 21st, 1968. Peter will suddenly mature, with the knowledge that the two different concepts, love and politics, can sometimes be linked by fate.
