    • Synopsis

    • Every day, somewhere in the world, someone packs their things and moves to a different house. The experience can be stressful. Going through old stuff, settling the remaining housing bills, carrying heavy pieces of furniture, and of course, the pressure to release the house in good condition and on time - under the penalty of not getting the refund from the security deposit!

      “The Handover” is an inspired laugh out loud comedy about this experience, headed by a modern couple - very in love - in their thirties; Miguel, a musician, and Sammi, a freelance designer.

      Moving day will give the pair a lot to do, and the perfect setup for a row of adventures that go from Miguel searching for their vanished dog, to a group of Filipino workers carrying their huge and heavy couch, through various sets of stairs.

      It’s a one day task turned into a journey of hilarious
      proportions, where in the end, as always, love will prevail.
