- Synopsis
- In 1959, the dry colony town of Silt River becomes invaded by indigenous extraterrestrials in search of a lost princess inside the body of an ordinary Métis girl, born on earth as Alice Tallow. With no recollection of her past, she is compelled by frightening encounters from spirits abducting her from earth.
  
  With the help of Cody Callingbird, a runaway on a blackbird motorcycle in search of his missing father, both begin to witness their dusty world becoming more hostile than the extraterrestrials stalking them.
  
  The forces reveal that the world she knows is barren from the colonists who unrightfully claimed the land, and witnesses an alternate reality where colonization never took place.
  
  Alice must choose to live her mortal, small-town life, or leave with the cosmic elders calling her back to the Other side.
