- The film takes stock of the Vichy government's propaganda tools for young people. The images disseminated in the form of alphabet books, posters, news or propaganda films are accompanied by speeches by Field Marshal Petain, Georges Lamirand, Secretary General for Youth, Marcel Deat, founder of the National Popular Rally and by Jacques Doriot, founder of the French Popular Party.
