- A comedy about modern day relationships that takes us from the heart into the inner workings of the brain to understand the different stages of love. ZOE wants her professional basketball player boyfriend, GREG, to admit his shortcomings when a bathroom remodel goes awry; STEVEN and LISA try to figure out the best steps for their future as a couple and their young son; ADAM and LEXI struggle to find balance in their relationship; and emotionless researcher DR. JULIA BRIZENDINE has to admit that her study of emotional responses of the male vs female brain might not be the best way to determine if someone is worthy of her affection, especially when she realizes she has feelings for KEVIN.
