- Synopsis
- The heart of the film takes place in the Cevennes, at the house of Charles Gabel's, the Pastor. Every summer his multicultural family (Belgium-France-Congo-Chad-Korea)
  gets together for a family meal. But it is in the intimacy with his grand children, Marie and Idriss, that he agreed to reveal the secrets of the ten years he spent with Hess at Spandau Prison.
  The chaplain is a born speaker, and goes through his archives, reports, his stolen photos of Hess, his documents, his memories, his regrets.
  Who was Rudolf Hess? The film reveals his prime involvement with Nazi ideology and its anti-Semitic discourse, as well as his paranoid profile.
